The Baskonia Alavés Group has signed a new collaboration agreement with MQF (Más Que Fútbol). MQF is an international sports management company with strong presence in the MENA region and recognized experience in developing and guiding young football talent.
Their work covers player management, training programs, performance development and legal advisory support. They assist athletes through different stages of their growth with structure and professional oversight.
Through this agreement, the Baskonia Alavés Academy strengthens its ability to reach key football markets such as North Africa and the Middle East. Players from these regions will now have a clearer pathway to join our International Programs and experience our high-performance environment in Vitoria-Gasteiz.
MQF contributes knowledge in scouting, international operations and career management. This collaboration supports our international growth strategy and brings us closer to new profiles of young players who may soon train and develop within our Academy model.
