COSTA Sports & Education is an organization specialized in supporting young footballers and their families throughout their sporting, academic, and personal development processes at an international level. Through this agreement, both entities will work jointly to facilitate the arrival of talent from different countries to Vitoria-Gasteiz, integrating them into the professional environment of the Baskonia Alavés Academy.
Players who access the program through COSTA Sports & Education will be able to train under the club’s methodological standards, become part of a high-performance environment, and develop their academic education in parallel, within a structured and supervised framework.
This collaboration strengthens the international positioning of the Baskonia Alavés Academy and allows the continued building of a solid platform for the identification, support, and development of footballers from different countries, aligned with the philosophy and values of the Baskonia Alavés Group.
